Ways You Can Help Raise Money for CMF



Do you shop at Kroger or Randalls?  If so, you can help raise money for Changing Minds Foundation just by purchasing your groceries.  Each of these stores uses a membership card that gives you discounts on the food you buy.  If you link that card to our charity, Kroger and Randalls will give CMF that money instead.  Please see details below for each store and take the necessary steps to link your card to CMF.  Then....tell all your friends and family that they can help too!  Thank you, as always, for the continued support!


Randalls Good Neighbor Program


Our account # is 12291.  Just click on the picture below to take you to the Good Neighbor form you need to fill out.  You can print it, put our account # in the blank marked "Charity #" , then add your remarkable card number, sign it and turn it in at your local Randalls store.  For more information on this program, see the link below:

Kroger's Neighbor To Neighbor Program



Our account number with Kroger is a bar code.  You will need to print out the letter with the bar code and take it to your local Kroger store.   They will scan the bar code and then scan your Kroger card and that will enroll you in the program and link you to the Changing Minds Foundation charity.  To print the letter, click on the program emblem to the left.  For more information about Kroger's Neighbor To Neighbor Program, see the link below:


**This program ends on April 30th and starts up again on July 1st every year.Everyone must take their Kroger card and the bar code to the store again, starting on June 1st to connect their card to our charity.  This is how they clean the slate and start again each year.  Thank you for your support.
